Rebel Golf Update: 2018-19 Season Holiday Letter and the Spring campaign begins

Your Rebel Golf Team is heading back into action this week at TPC Sawgrass for the Sea Best Invitational to be played over the Dye Valley Course. This trip will be our first outing since the Little Rock Invitational toward the end of October. Our student-athletes have excelled in the classroom earning a Fall GPA of 3.27 and all have worked a plan to improve whether it be through technical, physical or other lifestyle routines that will pay dividends over an intense Spring Season.

In recap of our overall year in 2018, please read below our Holiday Letter that was mailed to all Rebel Golf Foundation Members.

Also included with the holiday letter package was our 2018-19 yearbook featuring Senior Sociology Major Harry Hall in his cap and gown having celebrated his graduation. Harry has commenced a new major in order to be able to complete his eligibility and play out the Spring Semester for the team.

In terms of tournament performances over the break, perhaps the most notable finish was that of David Rauch who competed in Australia for the Master of the Amateurs and the Australian Am. In the latter he shot strokeplay rounds of 67 & 69 to finish -7 and T5.
